    Opportunity 180’s Designed to Edrupt looks to disrupt the current educational landscape by surfacing and supporting underrepresented K-12 education leaders and help to pilot and launch learning environments that reimagine the future of education.

  • Rising Leaders Cohort

    The National Fellowship for Black and Latino Male Educators (NFBLME) believes that representation matters and seeks to build community and a coalition of Black and Latino leaders in Las Vegas education through this cohort that will focus on both the adaptive and technical leadership skills that they will need to change outcomes for our students and community.

  • School Design + Leadership Accelerator Cohort

    Attuned is seeking teacher leaders, strategists, and assistant principals in Nevada who want to strengthen key instructional leadership skills that enable bold ideas and promising practices that serve the whole student to come alive through learning sessions, campus-specific coaching, and inspiration visits.

  • Middle School Accelerator Cohort

    MSA builds the capacity of CCSD leadership teams so that school communities can make progress towards campus-specific goals that are grounded in outcomes for our students through strategic planning and implementation coaching. This fully-funded opportunity is made possible in partnership with The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Opportunity 180, and Bellwether Partners.

  • Great Schools for the Future Fellowship

    Transcend is a national nonprofit with a mission to support communities to create and spread extraordinary, equitable learning environments, and a vision that all young people learn in ways that enable them to thrive in and transform the world. Transcend partners with Opportunity 180 to offer a seven-month fellowship to aspiring school principals or school founders. Participants will deepen the mindsets and build tools to engage the community of Clark County to collectively reimagine school.
